Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Securely pack the unused or lightly used items in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
